Failed render protection
Where the platform reserves credits for a render and the server records a terminal provider failure, the render workflow is designed to return the reserved credits automatically.
Purchases
Eligibility for monetary refunds depends on the payment method, purchased product, local law and whether credits or services have already been consumed. The final checkout terms take priority.
Cancellation
If recurring billing is offered, the account interface must clearly show renewal status and available cancellation controls. Confirm the final payment-provider behavior before launch.
